Terms of Service

1. About the service

iOS Interview Platform is an online service for preparing for iOS development interviews. Quizzes and core features are free. The Custom real iOS interview level and ATS score (resume-vs-job-description analysis) are offered as free early access - granted from a waitlist (see section 2).

2. Access (early access)

• The Custom level and ATS score are in early access and are provided free of charge.
• To get them, sign in and request early access - this adds you to a waitlist.
• We open access in waves and grant it manually, at our discretion; we cannot promise a specific timeframe.
• Access is a free, revocable grant - we may change, pause, or withdraw it at any time, especially in case of misuse.

3. Donations

The service runs on AI tokens that cost money, so it accepts voluntary donations. A donation is entirely optional, does not buy access, and gives no extra rights or priority - access is granted on the same terms whether or not you donate. Donations are made directly through external services and, by their nature, are non-refundable. Questions: earlyaccess@remainder.pro.

4. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data on the Account page. Deleting your account permanently erases your profile and sign-in tokens. Which data we do and do not store is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not store resumes, ATS reports, or your quiz results - resumes and reports are processed only in memory during scoring, and your quiz history stays in your browser. None of this is persisted on our servers, so there is nothing on our side to delete.

5. Acceptable use

The service is intended for personal interview preparation. Automated scraping of content, attempts to bypass rate limits, and any use that disrupts the service or infringes other users’ rights are prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", free of charge and without warranties of any kind. AI feedback and ATS scoring are advisory and do not guarantee any outcome in a real interview. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Eligibility (minimum age)

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16; if you believe a child has created an account, write to earlyaccess@remainder.pro and we will delete it.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring or face proceedings in the courts of that country - nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
